Pharaoh doesn’t deserve the second last bow. He doesn’t do nearly as much as Joseph, who only gets the third last bow. Pharaoh should be third last, then Narrator, then Joseph. In a show called Joseph, it sure is strange that Joseph gets the third last.
Who the f. is that woman playing the narrator?! Jeez, she might be a well known actress in the UK but she's not the star of this show. It should be actor playing Joseph.
It's because the lady playing the Narrator and Jason Donavan are already well established performers. The boy playing Joseph is new to the business just after drama school. If you notice same applies in films when newcomers take the main part. Christopher Reeve played Superman in 1978 film, but his name in opening titles was displayed after Marlon Brando or Gene Hackman. Brando was only few minutes on the screen, cashed way more money and didn't bother to learn his part, but read it from cardboards held by assistants.
This mega mix at the end of the show revitalized this show. Great to add the kids and make it a true celebration. Great for touring. I saw it in Hong Kong with Donny Ozmond and HK Chinese kids. The kids were fantastic.
Agree I never saw her,I got to see it this year with Alexandra Burke as narrator and she was absolutely amazing ..sorry Sheridan has a beautiful tone to her voice but she does NOT suit this role at all
Now I LOVE Sheridan however she was just shocking as the narrator - it was incredibly self-indulgent and all about her. I know that is what Laurence wanted but it was too ott and pulled focus too much. Was also not a fan of Laurence's decision to have Jac, Jason and Sheridan share the final bow - it's called Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, NOT Pharaoh/The Narrator and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Other than that (and how meh the set design was), I absolutely loved this production.
I don’t mind if the narrator has the final bow but the fact that Jason bowed after Jac was insane. Star or no star. It’s Joseph. Not Pharaoh lolol. But I do love all of them
Yeah. I saw the show with her and the stand in narrator and the stand in was so much better. Sheridan made it to seem al me me me and didn't suit the role
Hey I did this show at my theatre in Lebanon it was so much fun .😊

Woo
Yeah
I never seen it on play
This looks so cheaply made and like a high-school production
Acsessdzdzdzrsrsestzv gxys7r7f
Ertrttf Anthony the tavern High the town funny hi still
What are the three characters’ names that take a bow before the children?
Theý are gooď
This would've been the best cast :D
Awful, like a school production.
I was in a performance in America of this show and we had a really hard dances and I was really tired
This takes a lot of energy I have done this before

NAH IS THAT WHAT MY FRIEND WAS IN 💀
Sheridan, will you do this non stop dance-a-thon? Sure! If you get me the most comfortable costume in the history of theatre!
brilliant bravo wonderful show
Wow amazing! Is this a recent musical?
A new production of a very old musical.
Is it the one coming to newcastle
I saw this 30 years ago with Jason Donovan at the Palladium
Jason returned to Joseph to play the Pharaoh in the west end revival of Joseph.
This is just noise....
do you have the whole video?? OO
AWESOME JOB!!! 💜💙💚❤💛
I love these means comments lol
I can’t believe Jac Yarrow did this as his last year of his Degree at ArtsEd!
Alexandra Burke wipes the floor with Sheridan Smith
Not being funny but why did Sheridan Smith get the final Bow then Jason? Jac should have gotten it. X
thanks so much for posting this. insane energy. the first four minutes in particular is so hype.
Who the f. is that woman playing the narrator?! Jeez, she might be a well known actress in the UK but she's not the star of this show. It should be actor playing Joseph.
They must have been exhausted after this. So much energy!!!
Having done a production of Joseph, I can say with confidence that you are 110% right!
At the end of the show, no less. I miss theater.

Joseph should have got the last bow!!!
Was it the narrator who got it? I got a bit confused
@@ItsLeo-wi2sv yes the Narrator got it. But Joseph is the one that should have the final bow.
@@ciaranmarsh255 yeah, I don't see why there was such a big entrance for the narrator

This is absolutely phenomenal, the energy on that stage is unreal. (But why did Joseph’s curtain call come before Pharaoh? That’s so weird haha)
Joseph should always get the last bow
I was thinking this. Only reason I can think of is they’re doing the last 3 by billing, making Sheridan smith top
@@TomWardman oh wow, maybe Still so wrong haha

❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sheridans performance was incredible as the narrator best version of Joseph I've seen.

After seeing this I'm glad I never went to London to see this. Sheridan Smith definitely is not right for the role of the narrator
Agree I never saw her,I got to see it this year with Alexandra Burke as narrator and she was absolutely amazing ..sorry Sheridan has a beautiful tone to her voice but she does NOT suit this role at all
Love it we were there 😍 have you got any more, something to watch now we’re stuck in lockdown 😭
the only good thing about this is Jason Donovan
Nice to see him back with Joseph this time as the Pharaoh..and Linzi as the narrator.
Now I LOVE Sheridan however she was just shocking as the narrator - it was incredibly self-indulgent and all about her. Agreed. This is insane. And the narrator is not great. And that curtain call makes no sense.
Yeah. I saw the show with her and the stand in narrator and the stand in was so much better. Sheridan made it to seem al me me me and didn't suit the role
I also didn't like the decision to replace the iconic coat. The original coat was symbolic of the show. The staging was great I thought
Alexandra burke was WAY better
The Original Production Looks much better
Pretty horrible.
Im sorry to say that this looks so shoddy and cheaply made.... 😪
It was just the mega mix at the end...
The energy is there. 👍
Yer when i was in it it was so much better quality
Unfortunately its the new style of show, even the touring production is like this
Bbbbb ,.
I love Jac, Jason and Sheridan at the end <3
I remember this revival! The Sheridan Smith show..............
She was the narrator, who runs the show, plus she performed as the director had directed...
@@vsepkes it's Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat not narrator with Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat... had enough of it.
Ok.
This looks amazing xx 😘
Sheridan is no Linzi!
its a different production what do you expect?
Linzi was amazing in Joseph. This production looks like its been done on a budget
Linzi is back in Joseph at the London Palladium this summer
@@williamfairchild7439 And Linzi got such a welcome, such applause. The ultimate Narrator. In a class above the rest.
